His experience covers a wide array of security fields such as biometrics, authentication systems, network- and host-based intrusion systems all the way to Single-Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
One of his passions in the training arena is to improve the overall security skillset of security professionals across all industries.

Held in August 2004 at Singapore NICC's PACE2004 event in Suntec International Convention & Exhibition Center, this internationally-reported event drew teams of Security Professionals from Brunei, China, Myanmar and Singapore and was covered by the Associated Press and ChannelNewsAsia, amongst others. Building on this, in August 2005, he and Julian Ho conceived, planned and implemented AIRRAID, Asia’s First-Ever Wireless Hacking Tournament. This event drew interest from Brunei, France, Malaysia and Singapore and was featured in both the IT-Security world and mainstream media. Their follow-up custom-designed wireless hacking event, AIRRAID2, was held in Bangkok, Thailand in March 2008 and was Thailand's first ever security tournament of any kind. In October 2010, he co-designed and organized AIRRAID3, Asia's largest integrated wireless/wired/application IT-security/hacking tournament which was run at Singapore Polytechnic and which drew 41 registrations from Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
